Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at voltical1@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
At this time, we do not offer final sale items. All products are eligible for return in accordance with this policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or are returned outside the 30-day window may not be eligible for a refund.
